Fairly quiet and cool enough room where breakfast was supposed to served and with a lot of space. Amazingly nice, pleasant people working here. Location - marvellous and perfect close to large grocery store. Situated only 1 km from Town Hall.

We had a really comfortable 1 night stay. Appreciated our rooms with its own wash basin. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was practical.

Fancy and quiet accommodation with EXCELLENT setting near the El Cortes Ingles department store as well as the downtown restaurants and services. Compact room with an efficient check in and good beds.

Well located, just a minute from El Corte Inglés, and walkable to the Old Town. My room was spacious, comfy, and had a small fridge. They even delivered breakfast to my room. The reservation process was smooth, with a virtual check-in system ☕

I picked this place for its fantastic location, being just a short walk from the Fortress and Walls of Pamplona, where I loved to explore the historic scenery, and also found it super convenient to stroll to the Church of San Cernin only 5 minutes away, making my weekend city strolls all the more enjoyable.

Absolutely, the location is decent, but don't get your hopes up. The check-in process reminded me of my life depended on solving a puzzle! I expected some complimentary chocolates or something extravagant but nope, just mediocrity. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The floor in my room creaked with every step, a bit annoying, especially at night. The bathroom, particularly the shower, felt too cramped for comfort. While I didn't mind paying for breakfast since it was good, I noticed that not having it included initially could be inconvenient for some. Still, the overall experience was positive.

I loved the clean, comfy room and the fridge was a nice touch 😍 the capsule coffee machine was a bonus. But, beware of the extra fee for using the safe-felt a bit unnecessary.
