For a unique experience, ask about breakfast delivery instead of dining in the lobby. it's a nice touch that enhances your morning routine.

clean room, complimentary map, good location
No lift for hauling luggage!!! Public parking far away and expensive!!! Limited reception hours could be an issue if you need assistance!!! The virtual check-in felt overly complicated!!!

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the old town. However, there is no lift, which can be inconvenient.

The small fridge in my room was handy for snacks.
I never received the check-in codes via email, which was incredibly frustrating as I arrived looking forward to a smooth entry. Even though I managed to connect with the manager through WhatsApp, the delay felt unprofessional. Additionally, the lack of a lift made hauling my luggage up multiple flights of stairs a dreadful experience, especially after a long day walking around Pamplona.

easy access to parks and charming historic sites
I picked this place for its fantastic location, being just a short walk from the Fortress and Walls of Pamplona, where I loved to explore the historic scenery, and also found it super convenient to stroll to the Church of San Cernin only 5 minutes away, making my weekend city strolls all the more enjoyable.

absolutely, the location is decent, but don't get your hopes up. the lack of a lift is just ridiculous, especially with my luggage! in addition, the check-in process felt like my life depended on solving a puzzle! i expected some complimentary chocolates or something extravagant but nope, just mediocrity. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

I enjoyed my time at Hostal Navarra. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the old town and very close to El Corte Inglés. This made it easy for me to explore the area. My room was clean and equipped with a small fridge, which was handy for snacks. I also liked that they delivered breakfast right to my room. The virtual check-in process was straightforward and convenient, which I appreciated after a long journey. However, there were a few downsides. The floor in my room creaked with every step, which was a bit annoying, especially at night. The bathroom, particularly the shower, felt too cramped for comfort. While I didn't mind paying for breakfast since it was good, I noticed that not having it included initially could be inconvenient for some. Still, the overall experience was positive.

I loved the clean, comfy room and the fridge was a nice touch! 😍 Also, the capsule coffee machine was a bonus. But, beware of the extra fee for using the safe—felt a bit unnecessary.
